Lead Ruby On Rails Developer – Essential Experience:

• 6+ years of deep experience in hands-on software development within Ruby On Rails.
• Deep understanding of Ruby on Rails’ object model, common patterns, threads, GIL etc.
• Understanding of BDD, TDD, object-oriented design, SOLID, GRASP.
• Experience in Cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
